For those who may not know me yet, I’m Xena, a stay-at-home mom of four who turned her love of baking into a small microbakery adventure. It all began in 2020 when I started baking bread for my family, and it’s been a passion of mine ever since. I finally took the plunge and launched my microbakery March of 2024 to share my homemade, fresh-baked bread with you all!
I bake from my home kitchen on Long Island and offer porch pickups every Saturday. Every Sunday, I share a menu for the week and take orders until I reach my sell-out limit (I have a double oven, so there's a cap on how much I can bake!). Everything is made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients, and I promise you’ll taste the love in every loaf.
